Felipe Cersosimo is a graduate student in economics at Harvard University, in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Felipe hails from Brooklyn, New York and holds a Bachelor of Arts from The University of Texas at Austin in Government & Latin-American Studies, with a concentration in Brazilian Political Economy, as well as a law degree from American University in Washington, DC.

As an undergraduate student at The University of Texas at Austin Felipe was awarded the Teresa Lozano-Long Academic Scholarship by the University of Texas Institute for Latin-American Studies. The scholarship funded Felipe's research over the following two semesters, as he completed graduate level coursework in Public Policy Studies at the prestigious Fundação Getúlio Vargas in São Paulo, Brazil.

After graduating from Texas in 2007, Felipe entered the full-time Juris Doctor program at American University, Washington College of Law in Washington, DC. Since law school Felipe has founded two independent record labels in his hometown of New York. He has had tremendous success in various aspects of entrepreneurship, particularly within the independent music industry.

As an independent artist under various pseudonyms, Felipe has headlined performances at some of the world’s biggest Electronic Music Events and has been featured in various mainstream music industry publications including Billboard Magazine. Felipe is a true bilingual, maintaining native fluency in both English and Portuguese. His academic interests are in Behavioral and Social Media Economics, Decision Theory, Game Theory, Differential Geometry and Partial Differential Equations.
